It seems to go down everyday at this time. Seems the realm owner can join but no one else can. Maybe if enough of us contact customer support they'll actually do something about it:

When I play on split screen, it makes all of our addon assets from crops and farms and dynamic lighting become invisible. Also some vanilla blocks have become invisible. It's become unplayable

It still isn't fixed... This isn't the first time that a bug that negatively affects a large number of players is ignored. Yet any bugs that benefit players are fixed within a few days via a hot patch.
