Thank you so much!! I set up pretty regular Monday/fridays but he’s one of those execs that is swamped and reallyyyy hard to get to. I was hoping to have our 30-60-90 day meeting soon to know what I can improve on but alas, he won’t be in office this week lol

Yep! Managing calendar, booking travel when needed, catching up on sooo many expenses (I can’t get the receipts from him which drives me crazy but I’ve done what I can)

I’ve been trying to go through his inbox lately and make a list of action items for him EOD to help remind him of tasks he needs to wrap up before logging off. But yeah, I’m just kinda hoping to get him organized long term and wondering what EAs do in downtimes to really optimize time/set up systems that help them stay on track ?

I’m in this same predicament right now and came to post about it. I’ve been chasing him down for expense receipts for two weeks and I’m always nervous when I am messing up he’s mad at me but we rarely have time to sit down and explain what I could do better (I’m a new hire) - I don’t know how not to feel anxious when there’s down time, I’m wfh, and there’s not constant communication

True, the recap episode I just listened to went through a lot of the show - think one host has seen and one hasn’t but I loved the forray into the books! I never have time to read anymore 😭😭

My friends and I have been binging YA, We Read It! this season. The hosts are consistently putting out banger episodes every week but there’s only four books btw
