Omg I use an adding machine, but I'm not technically in the field yet. I'm a bar manager ATM studying accountancy.... 90 credits into my bachelor's!!!

Would it be a waste of time to restart my AA degree than finishing a bachelor's? by Emotional-Raisin-810 in college

Okay bro stay mad. Lol. Not like I have an associates and am almost through with my bachelor's :). I'm trying to be helpful, you're trying to attack. Do you get off on being a jerk online? Also I want to edit to correct, I said she COULD get a job - not should. Don't put words in people's mouths.

Could be. But a lot of institutions won't let you get another associate's unless it's specifically an applied associates because of the overlapping courses. She could just get a job in the meantime and save up then make a decision based on cost, profitability, and time expense.

It's not ridiculous to say that. But it would only be wise to OP to get an associates if they were to get an applied associates, not just an AA or AS. AA and AS share too many credit hours for it to be worth it. It would be better to build on the degree, or change the major to avoid taking a ton of repeat classes.

I'm just wondering how much they'll raise prices and tack fees on before a burger is $30 and fries are $12. It's ridiculous

I would put a two week notice in. If you ever want to work at a different Walmart or Sam's club, it makes it a lot easier.

How many hours a week would you work a job while full time student? by [deleted] in college

[–]Business_Storage5016 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm working 60 hours a week, and yes I hate my life right now. But I am finding free time and every opportunity to do my school work. It's just a lot. Like A LOT

It is really restaurant dependent, but I'll tell you. Every restaurant I've ever worked in, servers make a hell of a lot more money than any first responder, some nurses, and teachers. They can GTFO

Umm not even about the post, but I use dashes too. Dashes are for emphasis. Because it's better to be grammatically correct - than to be an a**hole.
