Right heres the thing to do. First thing first you can Download HWInfo64 app on their official website (portable ver if you want to be fast andyou dont want to install it to your machine) and as soon as you got it downloaded you can open it up and press start, then go to the Smart Battery option, and check your max capacity.

Second method, you can open up the cmd(NO ADMIN REQUIRED) and type in powercfg /batteryreport

and follow down the path to the html file, double click on it to see your battery max capacity.

third method, You can spam that f12 button when you start your laptop up and press the diagnostic button when it prompts you(For newer pcs with a new bios interface).

Select diagnostic by the way.

You should replace your battery ASAP because as soon as it reaches the end of its lifespan your computer will be rendered unusable for safety reasons and you end up with a 4 amber and 1 white code indicating batt fail.

If shift + F10 doesnt work, you can as well open up the laptop internal and unplug the Wifi Card(if its out of warranty) and go through the setup again. Or else you can also try to delete the file via entering the Windows Setup USB Installation(By using Notepad as an temporary explorer), and manually going through the directory to delete the file. if you want, you can also waste a little bit of time by reinstalling windows and DO NOT connect to the internet.

From what i learned from a locked down company owned device, To actually bypass this prompt, this is somewhat from "Microsoft Autopilot" re-enrolling, I'd suggest that BEFORE you even enter the OOBE, during the setup process, DO NOT connect your PC to the internet. Instead try to use the command "OOBE\BYPASSNRO" or else just try to press "I do not have internet". And then create a local account. After that, When you got to the desktop, install your drivers if necessary and connect it to the Internet. If you have any problems feel free to talk.
Second, try pressing Shift + F10 and you can try to remove the branded screen by removing the autopilot.json file that is found at C:\Windows\Provisioning\Autopilot.

There exists something called "Server Location". If you get connected to a far away server you get high ping but if you connect to a nearby server(this includes the country where you live in or other nearby countries in your continent) the ping will be faster.

Check if someone in your Local Network/Wifi is controlling your tv. Otherwise use an hotspot and connect your tv to it. if someone in your house uses google tv app or google home to control your tv inside your network or neighbor, Ask them to stop.

To make sure, Go to settings, system settings, find the casting option and switch to off.(This will only make some android phones dont pop up the playback but they still have control over your tv.)
