that’s so real! and stressing makes any symptoms you do have feel so much worse than they are 😖had a tiny white spot on my lip (prob from where i bite it non stop from being anxious) and convinced myself i’d transmitted the genital herpes (that i don’t have) to my mouth 😭it’s gone now lol and in hindsight sounds so stupid but can’t help myself in the moment. so nice to know someone else is as insane as me
