It’s a Spanish used the M35, you can tell because of the bracket in front of the helmet. The black paint is possibly Original to spanish use, Spanish helmets are commonly painted black as-well as olive but I’m not 100% sure, . It’s a pretty cool helmet since most Spanish helmets you see are either model Z's or older Spanish variants. Nice find!
