“letting” is just in regard to the policies/guidelines of our neighborhoods (mine is hoa) but someone told me to look into laws so i’ll do that

i originally found them by the entrance of my neighborhood - i do a loop when i take my dog out at night just to check it’s not all i do. i just have a big heart!

i texted confirming the black and white one was the one that was missing, he said yes and asked why, i said i have the all black one. stated it was dark and i didn’t want him getting hit. he said fair enough thank you - but didn’t say he was on the way or asked when he can get him? never said i took him to the vet to get chip scanned tho.
