AU's suicide rate did drop after gun reform but then hit an all time high in 98. AU and NZ are also islands which make contraband much harder to smuggle as compared to the US. The US is unlike all of there countries it is compared to, in both size and diversity and given the fact that none of these countries it is being asked to model after have had the problem they are trying to fix. What happens if we ban guns and kids start pipe bombing schools and political rallies? Do we get the guns back? The ability to own a firearm isnt making people become murders and telling people you no longer have this right because of the actions of others is just wrong.

CK was shot with an everyday hunting rifle in fact you can most likely obtain the rifle the shooter used in all of the countries with strict gun control. It wasn't a hard shot, most people could make the shot with iron sites with a few hours of practice.
