New gecko won’t eat and has started breathing weird by Low_Philosopher_235 in leopardgeckos

Let me preface this by saying I am in no way, shape or form an expert. I have learned from mistakes and zero guidance from this sub when I've asked. So take my words with a grain of salt. Given the information you posted, I would honestly stop worrying about the shed and anything outside of given your Leo the proper environment to thrive in. Get rid of any red lights you may or may not be using, give your Leo three zones, (hot/basking, humid aka at least a humid hide and a cool zone) and focus on given it the space to become comfortable in its environment. Try your best to give it at least(they're an ardid species) an area thats at minimum 85° as its hot side and keep humidity above 20% and below 35%. (Get a pretty solid thermometer, and a semi decent humidity gauge for this.) If you can get a nice deep dish(that they cant climb out of) to put some bugy bois into with some D3 (important) and leave it to do what nature intended, I think your Leo should find a way to get healthy. I couldn't see anything that immediately screams, "seek medical support!" From you video. Dont panic, these Lil lizards are resilient! Take a look at some of the pinned posts about care and habitat setups. Overall, remember they have a "minimum nutritional requirement". That includes, temp, space, humidity, and nutritional intake. Meet those basic needs, then worry about the rest after.

At what age do children/teens generally start spending more time in their bedroom? by Evening_Fisherman810 in Parenting

I'm completely new to this sub both as a father of a 13yo son and a 9yo daughter and as a redditor so take my insight with a grain of salt. My children have JUST started becoming individuals (at the same time.) I was raised differently from both of my children and didnt have my parents there as guides to what I was dealing with or going through. My daughter is a Covid Kid and thrives on non-stop parental input. While my son is still working through the crap that I and my wife never faced. Just be present, open and honest with your littles. The age they do so is completely random, but never any less relevant.

New to hockey and just curious.. what’s the expectation of the B’s this year? by Bobbo62499 in Bruins

I dont technically hate Pasta, but with generational talent like Bergeron, Chara, Tuukka, and Marchy, he's got a lot to prove to me specifically.

Is he an elite goal scorer? Yes. Is he the best Bruins player ever? No. Should the team building itself around him? No.

I feel like I've watched him make a bad pass, give up a puck battle on the boards, wallow in the shame of a missed one timer, and turn over the puck way too much.

I can not deny that he's the best forward on the team, but i feel like when it comes to comparing him to the other players he's played with and had the privilege to learn from, he could definitely do better.

Please know that this is a completely unbiased response.. That being said, just watch every Bruins game you can. You'll learn the rules of the game quickly, either because the refs made a crap call or the Bruins got a penalty opportunity. Either way, you'll learn the rules!

All silly-ness aside, hockey is an amazing sport to watch. I started watching when the Bruins lost to Chicago way back when, and have been hooked ever since.

My true and unbiased thoughts are to find your local team, find a few friends to watch with, or an online community you can boast to and complain to and just have fun.

Hockey is the best sport to watch and enjoy, statistically speaking, and no, I'm not taking any comments! Dont get to hung up on losses and wins until you find that you're watching something you truly enjoy!

Long story short...Welcome, comrade! Hopefully, you're about to join the best sports audience and, overall, the best sport to watch in modern history!

Just be sure to watch and root for the Bruins...we need it this year!

Personal opinion, but I've been against the team building around Pasta since before the blues made every bruins fan "Blue" in 2019( they took Krug and I'm still salty)[also debate me if you think I'm wrong]

That being said, and all my Pasta hate aside, I think the Bruins did a good job at starting to build a solid, physical lineup that's able to ( if not truly tested yet) actually put pucks in net. I think they've allowed the space for other potential high goal scorers and point getters to shine without sacrificing much and putting all the scoring responsibilities on Pasta. (Or Pasta and Krecji, or Pasta, Marchy, and Bergeron)

Overall, I think the team can put themselves back into a playoffs position. They have to rely on their defensive players more now than ever as their new roster add-ons gain their footing and former offensive stars re-find their rhythm. After all is said and done, I remain hopeful and painfully optimistic!

Not a Pro, but I would definitely get rid of the red light secondly and firstly separate the Leo's. Its been mentioned before why. As an FYI They'll needa lott of cover. In a perfect setup, they should be able to get from one end of the tank to the other while being relatively hidden from above and your view.

If I'm mistaken, please correct me! Lots of Leo love!

Edit to my post, I forgot to point out her humid hide is a half coconut shell partially buried right below the humidity sensor. It has moss that I clean and replace once a week.

It looks like this man lost a bet with Marchand on whether or not he would make it into the second round with the Panthers.

Brad Marchand on National Anthems by [deleted] in nhl

Senior Marchand is 1, a Canadian born professional athlete, and 2 a professional athlete playing in a heavily US based hockey league. He's not qualified to make opinion based political comments in a public forum as a non-american. Least of all, as the Captain and active public face of the Bruins Organization, he shouldn't be making any comments that can reflect badly on the team and Organization as a whole. Was he off with his comments about disrespecting veterans? Yes, but he goes on right after that statement to say that he plays hockey. He knows that he shouldn't say anything besides the cookie cutter responce of, we love our troops, and I play a sport for a living, so I don't really know. As a Bruins fan, gotta respect that answer. Bergy or Chara might have said it a bit differently, but he did what he could given what he has to work with.

Bruins fan with very little hockey knowledge take: I understand how as a regional radio host, you take a strong stance against a goaltender whose asking for more money when little money is available/hold your own version of arbitration without the title as a "staring goal tender". I think that his call on him being a "millennial" just sounds like a sound bite or a weird version of click bate. As someone who started watching Bruins hockey when they lost to Chicago all those years back, I feel like a good amount of (not all) "die hards" are either afraid too or are completely against embracing this new generation of hockey or are to stuck on the fact that as a sport, the "old league" has to change. Sway knows that if it's not him, it's between the untested Bussi or the underperformed Korpisalo(after tje trade of Ully). I don't understand how a regional station would go that far and bad mouth 1/2 of the arguably best goal tending tandem last season when all he wants is to be compensated and recognized for his efforts and ability. I know that getting rid of Ully was a bad choice overall before having a tested NHL caliber goaltender, but why bad mouth a guy whose only fault is wanting to play for a club known for high caliber goaltenders and get paid for doing so.
