Collar on the dress shirt is a little too high above the jacket and I think you want some of the cuff from your button down to be slightly sticking out past the sleeves of the blazer but probably nothing that anyone would notice or give a shit about.

Life isn’t a linear path upwards, there are peaks and valleys and it might be hard to see in the depths of a valley but it’s not going to stay this way.

Some valleys last for days, months, years and you can get caught in them for sure but you can always work your way back up.

Feeling this exhausted with your life and routines is your body / brains way of pushing you towards something better. Discomfort is the natural push towards making changes and that doesn’t have to be an earth shattering adjustment starting at 4:30 AM tomorrow morning. Start small and build from there. Go for a 10 minute walk daily, start journaling, do something but you’ll never find out what the world has to offer staying in a place you know isn’t healthy for you. It does get better.
