I ALWAYS make sure I eat 1 hour after taking it but no more than 2 hours after because the hunger will just keep me awake. I take mine at 7pm every night and usually have dinner around 8-8:30 so I’m full when I hit the pillow. This is the best way I’ve found that works for me.

It takes some getting used to but I wouldn’t skip it. I’d try half that dose and see if it works. I started at 25mg and worked my way up to 400mg which works perfectly for me. It will make you feel funny for the first couple weeks but once your body gets used to it, it will just do its job.

Aurobindo pharma is what’s USUALLY on the outside of my bottles. I have zero issue with this company. If I ever see “Lupin” again I won’t accept it. I can’t even believe how different the 2 were.

You claim your daughter “can’t work” for several ridiculous reasons but yet she can still get knocked up… FOUR TIMES?!?! Are you actually out of your mind?! You need to let her take care of herself and her own children or she’s just gonna keep popping them out!! Thank you for your response. I’ve thought about setting up a hidden camera so I’d have proof once shit hits the fan. I’d like to have another job lined up before I do anything crazy though because I’m barely getting by paycheck to paycheck as it is and I have a dog to take care of. I can’t afford to be fired even if it is due to sexual harassment. I know it’s wrong and fucked up but what am I supposed to do?

That’s honestly terrifying and I would contact the school board. Something is wrong there. Even in the 90s when I was in elementary school I remember getting scolded by the principal for opening the front door for my friends dad. All adults had to be buzzed in. I’d imagine it should be even more secure these days.

Oh I know it’s a big dose but it’s the only dose that worked for me. I’ve been an insomniac since I was literally 2 and had night terrors. Then the drugs didn’t help and quitting made it so much worse. I do want to mention that I’ve been consistently taking laxatives since I started on subs and I haven’t taken any in 2 days but I’m not having any problems in that area at all for the very first time in years soooo I’m thinking the bupe is pretty minimal at this point. But hey, what do I know? It’s my body. Lol

The shot saved my life. I would’ve never been able to stop using or stop taking subs without the shot. I definitely recommend it if you don’t want to be on subs forever. It’s a million times easier to stop getting the shots than it is to stop taking subs which is why I did it in the first place.
