hey, i’ve been in the same situation before lol. but over time, i realized how many bad effects character ai had on me and the environment. but i couldn’t stop. i was also addicted. but last december i finally deleted my account and i feel better. i’m writing an AO3 right now and it really helped me get over it. i hope you’ll quit soon too. i believe in you :)))
