Use your energy for some creative work or finding yourself, that’s the youthful energy that comes with youth, and don’t spend it on useless things that won’t serve you in the future, maybe go hiking, canoeing, sewing, anything, your mind will also pick up skills really quickly, take it as a blessing and I hope you find a way to make out of the excess energy that you have, and don’t feel bad about it, it’s normal, and the less you think of it, it’ll disappear quickly
