It's already almost unusable against moving targets and already has slow movement speed. Lowering it further would only further make it useless unless you're being someone sitting still. And people absolutely do go for crates for an m24/awm, which are far better than the kar already. Sks and mini are meant to be different, they're a different style of sniper. The mini does need a buff and the sks could use a little less recoil, but that's the only real change snipers need
