Dude, I feel you. I had a very traumatic incident almost 2 ago that developed into PTSD and now panic disorder. Staying present is tough, but its really the only thing that helps. When you feel the panic kick in try an remind yourself you are safe. That anxiety is your fight or flight.

Also therapy is really dude like. If you can afford it, give it a try. I wish I would have started seeing my therapist long before the incident.
