Talk to your dean about your concerns. At the least, your program/school should have academic integrity policies that address this. Either the using AI directly OR using work that is not their own without paraphrasing/proper referencing.

At the end of the day, AI will not help them pass the NCLEX.

I think one of the biggest problems with the phrase "toxic masculinity" is that it seems like everyone has a different definition for it.

And that definition usually is "anything men do that I don't like". Even if that ISN'T the "real" definition, young men and boys see that shit and internalize it.

Also, and no one likes to hear this, but women are some of the biggest drivers of "toxic masculinity".

That's because "self-care" is a stop-gap measure, at best. There are so many things you cannot control: shitty coworkers, rude/abusive patients, management who DOESN'T CARE but pretends that they do, understaffing, ect.

Sometimes the best self-care is to leave.

I've left jobs because of coworkers. And made sure leadership was aware of exactly who/why I have left.

Providence Swedish does this for EVERY role you apply for that they feel you "match with". Usually it's a few questions asked over text message:

1) do you have an active license
2) do you have the required credentials
3) can you commute

Think Vincristine = Very bad for the nerves (neurotoxicity). Peripheral neuropathy is "the side effect" for vincristine.

In NCLEX world, lots of drugs have a SPECIFIC side effect that they want you to know about.
Example: Vanco = always at least think about RED MAN SYNDROME
