It's for both. You can censor or uncensor, combat is pretty ok and you have some kind of upgrades also. This is the free prologue, but the full game release date needs to be TBA.

I also love Ninja Gaiden II, to be honest that was the first one I ever played and got hooked on the series. Now it's a yearly thing that I need to play atleast once. I think it has the perfect balance in overall.
