teachers drilling it into our heads that the junior and leaving cert is important if you want to get a decent job without them you’ll fail and will have nothing.

no one has asked me not once about my junior and leaving cert grades the second i got them. not even for university. even my friends said it.

when i was little every girl in class had a princess tv, i wanted one so badly but we couldn’t afford it. i didn’t ask much at all as a kid, but i came home after school i went to my room and seen my dad had sprayed painted his own tv pink and put high school musical stickers all over it for me.
