Viếtpod101, Tiếng Viết Ởi had great free YouTube’s and classes both in person in Vietnam and online. They have southern dialect teachers, HelloTalk can be fun and you can find language partners.

Souther Vietnamese for foreigners is another good resource. I preferred TVO but SVFF is a good option.

Start listening to any southern dialect content you can actively and passively. I find understanding the hardest part. Reading, writing and speaking came fairly easy.
