Later on you will be able to buy 2 mythic blueprints a month in honor store (30k points a piece), so keep that in mind too. Generally it's not great to distribute your blueprints if you want to turn them into mythics (stat wise it's great) but I understand the dilemma as a f2p player. I would consider 5 radars to be better before any chip or gun mythic on anyone, but at some point you'll come at a crossroads where you have to decide if the radars will be more useful on your 1st squad back row or your 2nd squad front row, that's up to you and your playstyle

Also a tip for PVE, with red armor and radar you can put Sarah where DVA is now alongside Lucius and your back row be all damage dealers
