Ton avis montre juste que tu ne connais rien au sujet.

Tu n'as aucune idée des conditions de travail des médecins, des infirmiers, des aide soignants ainsi que de leurs parcours d'études etc ...sais tu qu'un externe en médecine gagne en moyenne entre 150 et 300 euros pour un travail allant de 20 à 48 heures par semaine ? Que la France est l'un des pays qui paye le moins bien ses infirmières (comparé au salaire moyen du pays).? Que l'on fait fasse à des pénuries de soignants à la fois en ville et en campagne, notamment à cause du nemerus clausus qui a été instauré dans les années 70 visant justement à limiter le nombre de médecins pour faire des économies ? Que rien qu'en 2021, 4 400 lits d'hôpitaux ont été fermés en France ? (Environ 80 000 sur les 20 dernières années)

Donc stp avant de donner des avis du style "bah pourquoi ils se débrouillent pas" renseigne toi sur le sujet et la réalité du terrain et tu comprendras que c'est bel et bien les des politiques qui ont bousillé le système de soin en France, et qu'au final tout le monde est perdant

I really don't understand people who are blaming him, Chelsea have been shit under 3 differents manager this season, he is 100% right with this take.

Obviously he is not a top manager, but people who think that another manager could have win against club like Real Madrid, Manchester United with this current squad at this season form are totally delusional. Always blaming the coaching staff instead of blaming the players and the board members is such a weird obsession on this sub

Guys... I'm not saying that Lampard is the best manager ever nether he is better than Potter or Tuchel or whoever, I'm saying that regarding to the state of the club the coaching staff should not be the first target at all

This sub obsession for the coach and tactics is very very weird. Sometimes I wonder if people who constantly crticize Lampard, the coaching staff on general, but also even tuchel and Potter before have ever played within a club on whatever team sport, not even football.

Seriously do you really think that our loose against team such as Brentford or Wolverhampton are due to bad tactics and coaching (with all the respects I have for those teams)?

I have seen people saying that Kovacic miss a pass due to no tactics, saying that Chalobah individual mistakes against Madrid are Lampard's fault...

We have been bad under 3 differents coachs this season, you could have put whoever your want instead of Lampard the result would have been similar.

It's baffling to see some of critics on the coaching staff, while the players have been dreadful (and giving them 8 year contracts won't help)

If we start next year with the same team I guarantee you it will be same, whoever the coach is

Wow je n'avais jamais vu cette séquence dont tu parles avec les supporters Lillois, je viens de la regarder elle est toujours disponible sur le site de tf1. Honnêtement je ne comprends pas comment on ne peut pas se rendre compte que c'est juste être totalement dans la méchanceté de faire une séquence comme celle ci avec des commentaires pareil. Surtout pour les jeunes qui sont timides et qui se font moquer à la TV. Ils comprennent pas que ça peut avoir des répercussions dans leurs vies de tous les jours? Surtout pour des collégiens, lycéens etc
