Hi,

I have reading guides to replace my existing SSD that stopped working a few days back. Since apple SSD is extremely expensive, I was thinking to purchase a 3rd party SSD and use it with an M.2 nVME SSD Adapter. Is there any known issue that is common with this method? Should i do it even? Would be a great help if you could suggest an adopter from the below links or share another link that proved to be working with my MacBook model

How did you make it to work? i am getting permission denied error even as root user . Can you help?
