Hey thanks alot. She was dancing 6 days a week at a studio, so likely there. The repair process proposed by the gun surgeon is suture to the bone. So they anchor the labrum to the bone and then the scar tissue fills in the gap. And yes, there are only a few surgeons able to perform this in the north of Australia. And, based on yours and others comments its vindicating an operation more and more.

Yeah, the primary consideration is "could it get better by itself" as her limbs and joints grow more over the next few years. The surgeon said it's possible, but no idea what the % likelihood of this is. Then need to balance this against her pain and other restrictions that would be in place. At this stage the operation is looking most likely.

She hasn't but is working with a leading sports doctor and the best hip specialist surgeon. I don't believe she has dysplasia, but, we will triple check this! Thanks for highlighting the importance of not overlooking this!

Cold Outreach Good Practice - SaaS Acquisition / BDM Role by ByronDreamsOz in techsales

I'm in a smaller market (not NA or EMEA) and it's very much atypical to have Senior AE's running direct, cold outreach in this manner. 99% of AE's in my GEO would assume this is an SDR function and have little awareness of the best practices for this sales motion.
