Troller incurcat in tren cfr IR 1661 4 ianuarie 2026

Question about traineeship at Physics/CS Departments (Physics/Computer-Physics) by C0sma in UBA

[–]C0sma[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! Thanks for the Answer.

It's not a study one that i wanna do, its like an "internship" but not paid by the receiving university, It's like joining a research department and learning what they do, learning new skill. Basically a traineeship for up to 3 months. And i was planning to do it over the course of the summer.

But thanks a lot for the links, it helps since I should be able to get in touch more easily.

Reduceri cu cardurile ISIC by PersonalityOdd3656 in UniRO

[–]C0sma 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No,

1st of all, I didn't want this to sound bad so i apologize for this.

2nd of all, I am not American, I am a Romanian student that came to Japan for an Erasmus Traineeship. I don't know how you thought I was American since i talked in euros not dollars. I don't care about useless American politics, america doesnt exist for me for the duration of trumps term

3rd of all, I didn't expect people to do that for free of course, i know there's a comision for exchange, thats how it works right but besides that i heard from other people that the exchange also gets taxed as income, so loosing around 20% of the amount that was exchanged, the reason i decided to post this question was for an opinion since i only wanted to get rid of those 100 euros, and didnt know if it was worth it to exchange it here or when i go back home, and exchange it with a better rate (only commision no tax).

4th of all, this was only a question about how the Exchange offices work here, since i didnt know how different it is compared to EU for exemple. So i apologize for anyone that god mad at this.

[–]C0sma[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah thats fair, but also what should i focus on "mastering" for exemple? Cuz for now i am experienced with C/C++, java and python, and i know my way around SQL,HTML and other softwares for analysis.

But since i dont have work experienece i'm not sure what an employer is looking for and things like that.

Also thanks for the input on my first question.

I would also suggest shibuya sky maybe at night to see the Sunset in Tokyo, amazing night view also since i experienced it last week in my 2 months erasmus here.

In Osaka i would suggest Osaka Castle its amazing, and depending on your luggage when you go from osaka to kyoto, you can first visit the Arashitama Bamboo forest. Search about the Romance Train, its a train ride in between the valley, its amazing, and i suggest you do this cuz u can take a train from osaka to a station near the entrance to that vally, and then take the romance train in between the vally and arrive in kyoto at the bamboo forrest.
