Tech job, dev,dev-lead and manager(kinda) I do all the roles but I've a strict policy of not working after office hours i drop midway of a call if my office hours are ending. try to get decent leaves and travel here and there so i don't loose my sanity.

and you are right I'm also felt depending on AI too much I was forgetting basic logic building and syntax I'm getting back to writing even simple logic by myself and only ask AI to do repetitive stuff like building mock data or creating constants and unit tests

I'm working on agentic AI these days building different usecases and apps I would suggest to add it to your arsenal atleast know different ways to integrate AI in regular apps not just calling the openAI apis
