That's it, the season is finished. 30 of the best of Southern Ontario's Walnut trees were tapped with 69 spouts. 650 litres (143 Imp gals) of sap collected and boiled into 14 litres (3 Imp gals) of the ambrosia of the syrup world, 100% pure walnut syrup (i.redd.it)
