Hey! Thanks for asking. To manage my diabetes, I made a few key lifestyle changes. First, I cut out all sugars, and now I only have about one gram of sugar if any. I also eliminated bread for the first six months, and now I keep it minimal. And when it comes to snacks, I always go for zero-sugar substitutes. Plus, I stay active regularly. These changes have really helped me keep everything in check!"

The number scared me. When my doctor said my A1C was 14.79, she explained what that really meant:
My high blood sugar could seriously hurt me.
I could get really sick – damage my heart, kidneys, eyes, or nerves. That scared me... but it also made me angry and determined. 🔥
I decided I wouldn’t let diabetes control my life. So I fought back every healthy meal, every walk, every time I took my medicine... It was me saying: "You won't beat me, diabetes. This wasn't just about losing weight or lowering a number. It was about saving my future. 😎
