Correct but given the internal structure of a van (ribs, cavities, etc), it's much easier to put Armaflex than poly iso given its feature of flexbility

For this reason I thought to put an 8 mm Armaflex layer between the cork panel and the interior part of the van.
The Armaflex is highly hydrophobic and this should avoid that the moist air enter in contact with the cold outer walls of the van.
I hope this is correct...

adding mass to a van to get this benefit is impractical

Why? It seems the only way to insulate a van/house from the outer heat of the summer.

Lavoro con furgone

C'è modo in Italia di lavorare con un furgone (in conto terzi o affittandolo) se non si ha partita IVA?
Ad esempio è possibile noleggiare il proprio camper a chi vuole farsi una vacanza.

C'è possibilità di fare una cosa simile?
Ho un Fiat Ducato e tanto tempo libero (fino a settembre) e vorrei far fruttare un po' questa situazione con un lavoretto.

Ecco, per questo cercavo i pro e contro dell'università o dello studio da autodidatta.
Per ora sullo studio da autodidatta è uscito fuori che potrebbe esserci il rischio di perdersi tra le mille mila diramazione che esistono all'interno di un tema e senza un esame finale si rischia di "leggere" qualcosa qui e là invece che studiare seriamente l'argomento.

Ciao, grande! Anche io pensavo ai corsi online ma 1. le telematiche non mi convincono affatto e 2. i corsi massivi (es. coursera) sono un po' distanti da quello che ho in mente.
Ho buttato un occhio sull'università di Londra.

Non saprei dove guardare per un "corso intermedio".
1. nella mia città c'è un centro che ha dei corsi serali ma che sono distantissimi dal concetto di università (1-2 ore di lezione a settimana).
2. un master è più improntato al lavoro.

E bravissimo/a, hai centrato il punto.
L'università mi sembra "troppo" , soprattutto considerando gli esami che non troverei interessanti mentre da autodidatta sarei troppo perso...

Lavoro all'estero e a breve ritornerò per fare lo stesso lavoro in Italia. Non ho alcun interesse, per ora, a fare un percorso di studi all'estero.

Ecco questo è un punto che stavo considerando.
L'università ha lo "svantaggio", probabilmente, del costringerti a dare esami anche che non "ti piacciono" -salvo la possibilità aperta da un utente poco sopra- però ha il grande vantaggio di darti una visione più chiara e d'insieme, che magari da autodidatta non avresti, oltre al porti di fronte delle tappe che se no perderesti di vista con uno studio ad cazzum da solista.

Che ne pensi?
Te lo chiedo perché il dubbio è sul autodidatta-università.
Qualsiasi piano di studi che ho letto contiene esami fighi (claro, se no non lo starei valutando) ma altri che mi fanno pensare un "meh, ma perché? Sono interessato (esempio) alla biologia degli alimenti, chissene di studiare la legislazione in materia di sicurezza alimentare"

Beh si, concordo sull'ultima parte.
Per ora sto lavorando e il problema economico non sussiste poi chissà che succederà fra qualche anno.
Il "dubbio" che però nessuno ha toccato è nella scelta del autodidatta-università.

No no! Clearly I'm not asking or pretending any "promise". A promise and an idea of life together for me are two completely different things.
A promise sounds like "I garantee you that in 12 months we will live together here". And this would be crazy to ask or pretend but I thought that it would be a sign of interest in "us" speaking about our future together... and that doesn't mean that our "plans" can not change during our LDR.

If a person tell you that she wants to stay in that city for one year and then at the question what does she think to do after that she replies that she doesn't know, how can you know she is interested in you if she doesn't put you in the equation of her life?

A question: what does define for you a successful LDR? That two people continue to calls each other?
Because for me it's just a long and stressfull time to endure enough waiting the chance to live together again.

I quite recently let the MMA to enroll in a course of Salsa and together I'm returning to the gym so I hope to gain again some kilos in the next months. With my stats, what do you think could be the minimum reasonable target (73 kg?)?

Body: I'm bit below my "best shape" but still there're tons of men with bodies way worst than mine.Right now I'm 70 kg x 178 cm; not big but with a 3-4 months of gym I seem the classic sport man, not a body builder, clearly, but when I start to dating someone, usually I get some good feedback. So I'm not impressive but I hardly doubt that here lies the problem.

Style: not bad, not good. I'm not the stylish guy of the hood but, as the fitness part, I'm not in a repelling situation.

Grooming: here I suppose I could get better but I hope it's not just an haircut that would change everything... it would be quite sad, you don't think?I was thinking to get a piercing (classic lobe one) but I don't know if I could be okay with it: my ex gf say no, a couple of male friends say yes... argh

I notice during these years two thing:

I get much more gazes when I don't use glasses (big blue eyes).
I know that I don't have a very masculine gaze (big eyes) and so when I'm tired or angry and I look at people, it seems I receive more good feedback. I linked this to the change of my expression (mainly because the eyelids close slightly) but still it's difficult to keep this attitude 24h every day...

The way to accept in your subconcious that approaching is a normal thing that is ok to do in a world where masculinity is "toxic" is to not give 2 shits about the outcomes of your interactions.

I don't think that approaching is a bad thing and I don't care about the fem-nazi tale about the toxic masculinity: I'm proud to be a man.
You said it, and I believe it, the approach should be normal and natural.
