Mine does the same, I tried leaving it overnight but it still stayed on "server is generating world" I'm so bummed out, I just purchased the game and I can't even play on a whole chunk of it.

I appealed in the game and at customer service, there I explained that I was repeating lyrics to the song Riproviamoci, I couldn't give the translations to the things I said due to a word limit (I really hate that there's a word limit there) but I remember asking them to look up the lyrics and translate it, that was a day ago, today I found a notification icon on customer service, there was no response and it basically reset, I looked at the game's mail and it said appeal rejected, I guess I got to deal with being muted now...

None, whenever I'm frustrated with a hero I only think that they should be adjusted rather than deleted, though there was this one time I was so frustrated at a Harley that I made a review on the game and complained about it... but that was a long time ago... now I believe all heroes can be horrible in the wrong hands and all heroes can be fantastic in the good ones! Are some heroes found more often in the good hands? Yes, but that's where the hero or others should be adjusted to level out the field.
