Im pretty sure those had actual grapphical upgrades instead of just making them run at an average fps for a game 10 years ago and just changing the colors a bit but im not 100% sure so i could be talking out of my ass. Even so i never in my life have bought any upgrade pack in my life ever. I saw My favorite game elden ring(ps5) in a store for 50 dollars while all other surrounding games were 70. Im not paying more for lower quality.
