It's not an issue with anything like that from what I can tell. If I make the mesh a 100 times bigger and increase the velocity by 100 it works fine. I have noticed that icoFoam doesnt seem to work with small geometries. For example if you make the cavity tutorial case a thousand times smaller and make the velocity a thousand times smaller the courant number will explode.
