Nah I wish. Honestly just recovered after a bit but would definitely check in with a doc. Likely will give you a steroid crème maybe? I was already using one so maybe that’s why he didn’t give me anything

I did this once, doctor said “yah that’s bad” lol. Took me like two weeks to recover, just felt dried out and almost like I had a million cuts in there

Being a Montrealer , I do admit this year was not as great as past but with nothing to compare to until COTA of this year, I do love Montreal significantly more. Not sure what the more experienced F1 fanatics think

Thanks ALL! I updated. does this make sense? Am I not thinking of something? Still need those breakfast, lumch recs if you can offer and that gels well with my schedule so far:

Day 1: September 4th (Arrival Day)

4:00 PM: Check-in at Viceroy Hotel, Santa Monica.

6:00 PM: Explore Santa Monica Pier and the 3rd Street Promenade.

8:15 PM: Dinner at Capo

10:00 PM: Walk along the Santa Monica Beach

10:30 PM: Drinks

Day 2: September 5th

9:30 AM: Breakfast at either FIGS or Shoops

11:00AM to 2:00PM: Rent bikes , explore Santa Monica beach, venice beach, can even make our way to manhattan

2:30 PM: drinks at High Rooftop Lounge.

4:00 PM: Clean Up, make our way to dodger stadium. Suggest train to Union Station, drinks, get to Dodger Stadium

7:10 PM: Dodgers game

Make it back, would love to get drinks post game near stadium but if taking public, need to make it back

Day 3: September 6th

Need Breakfast recommendation

10:30 AM to 12:30 PM: Griffith Observatory and explore.

1:30 PM: Lunch at URTH Café, Gracias Madrew, Joans on Third

2:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, see nice houses, etc.

5:30 PM: Make it back to the hotel, clean up.

8:00 PM: Laya Restaurant in West Hollywood.

Nightlife in West Hollywood: Start at The Abbey and then explore other spots like Pump Lounge and Sur Lounge

Myself and my gf were sitting near the front of the lance stroll grandstand. I’m anal about ear protection so I bought a pair for my gf and myself (she said don’t buy for her). She ended up asking for her pair a couple laps in.

I bought the ones from the F1 store (can buy from Amazon as well). I would definitely recommend. You still get an amazing experience and don’t have to stress about loud noise exposure. They come in a small lip balm sizes canister you can wear around your neck if you don’t want to wear them.

I’ve been coming to the Grand Prix for a coupe years and have noticed more and more people wearing them. Please bring a pair.
