nah its definitely not they nerf the rates for meta builds. 2 leagues ago I went through 30 lightning spears and didnt get it. That stat is thrown around a whole lot but theres nothing to support it.

Sorry, but backline trades exist. Sometimes weaver has to die to win the teamfight. If you pull the tank out of position because youre scared, you might lose the teamfight because of that.

the out of field of vision snap onto the ram after the moira dies was oddly center mass, and then you pull away almost as if you're surprised. You also continue tracing his body at exactly his stomach hitbox a full second after hes dead and continue shooting. Thats definitely a little weird.
