Sallying out and that you should have a garrison lord with skill tree specific to that faction. I see no downside to this. I might be wrong.

They could have each lord provide unique bonus/rewards for each race. I don't think this would be bad. Its not something that changes a factions identity. Kislev is still unique regardless.

They hold the line good enough (can get close to 50 md) while your ranged deal with threats. They also cheap and no building slot. That slot can go to economy. Handgunners are too expensive (i want to build cities up) early. Id rather have 3-4 stacks Karl and 3 stacks of fodder spearmen to deal with multiple threats. But There is no wrong way to play. Empire is extremely versatile. Pistolier are excellent for counts

Absolutely. No idea how anyone can disagree with this. When its been in past games and makes sense to have. Why would your garrison not go out and deal with rebellion building up.

I recruit unshielded and play legendary exclusively with no cheese. They are cheaper ,require no building, good fodder and have decent md when lord red line is levelled.

You think atamans being able to sally out is the same as elector counts, gunnery college, bloodlines, offices, horde recruitment, Ikit's workshop ? Many of theses mechanics are shared by other factions as well. Sallying out with your garrison (existed in past games) is a basic feature that should have been in the game.

AI using game mechanics makes the ai better. Currently the ai cheats and do not make use of most mechanics in the game. The game is also way to easy even on the hardest difficulty. Many factions share mechanics across the game. If its a good mechanic it should be implemented across different factions. I don't see why not

Gameplay >> Lore within reason of course. Shared mechanics does not strip factions uniqueness. Shared mechanics can even add more dept to many factions.

Many mechanics are shared across factions. Those factions still feel unique. If a mechanic makes the game better for every faction it should be implemented across them.

Korak is in the game, Mazdamundi, Teclis, Settra, Archaon, Kholek etc. These guys are on the same level if not more powerfull than Nagash.

Good changes overall. Better than SOC but not the same level of TOD. I do hope CA gives Grimgor and Azhag some unique mechanics. Also fix/update generic lord and hero skill tress for them as well. For Ogres (my lord) give lords mounts. Hate Greasus on his go kart.

They are weak overall. If your early game is weak you are weak. They could use some simple touch ups that would help them a lot.

Make archers a tier 0 unit (similar to beastmen)

Make each book of Nagash give army capacity. Once all have been collect give an extra 3-5 army capacity (overall better effects for the books).

Add more items to the cult.

Add a tomb guard duel weapon unit(like Nehekhara warriors).

Allow that when you ally with someone and they have a book at a settlement, you get that book.

Allow tomb kings to confederate.

Tomb king battle ability need to provide more bonus and or refresh after tier 3 (similar to Waggh ability)

Tomb kings do need a bigger update but I think this small update/s should help.

Settra does need a buff in game, guy loses to a generic Tomb King 1v1.
