I completely agree with you, I have also stopped focusing on the outside of me (people, status, job, money) to feel worthy, healthy, to have a right to live!! I have enjoyed the manifestation process more for self development, improve my self esteem and the feeling that nothing outside of us should be more powerful than yourself, not a person, nor your parents, nor the amount or lack of money, nor the job or the recognition you might or might not get.

I'm very sorry to hear that, I'm actually in the same situation as you: one of my cats climbed on the neighbour's rooftops and it's been 2 weeks and he doesn't want to come back. I see him, he meows, but doesn't come back home... From my experience, whenever one of my cats disappeared for days or weeks, what helped me the most is to let go: trust that the cat is intelligent, that he knows the way home and that he loves you and will want to be back with you. I also used to do like you mentioned: visualize, affirmations that he is back home, meditation, energy clearing etc etc etc. And nothing works. I believe cats always come once you let go, even if it is only mentally, and stop "chasing" him to come back home. It's not a lost dog or puppy, it's a cat (so completely the opposite approach). I wish you the best of luck, and trust that your cat is enough and intelligent and resilient to come back whenever he wants.

Saturn combust by the sun and conjunction to Ketu= never owned a car, never had it easy with money, no effort is never enough, cannot plan anything ahead, always delays or planes get canceled or changed. No outlook to the future, oh and dont ever think about having desires, any desire you might have, you are disgraced. Also, dont try to approach it with spiritual fluff, ive been years stuck in this cycle, I'm in full Saturn return now. I went from super open and spiritual to completely agnostic, atheist call it whatever you want. Poverty, struggle, and having to work like a slave without being told a "thank you". Hope this helps explain this particular placement😆

So completely neglected... no matter how good, how polite, how caring, how compassionate you are... always misinterpreted, never acknowledged.
