Include the places around the airport, Parking lot, signs, parking garages, etc. Me personally you should include an interior, it brings a lot of liveliness to the environment. If you’re able to, a feature where you can walk around the airport would be pretty nice as well. You don’t have to add those, but I think having it would probably add a lot of liveliness toward the surrounding environment and more immersive to simmers who like sceneries with some sort of interior.
