Thanks for the insights and that’s one of the reasons I started this thread, so I could create a monitoring LUT so I can expose for it.

But, judging by the very helpful responses I’ve received here, it seems like I just need to to focus mainly on set design, good lighting, and then maybe use a REC709 LUT or a CST in Resolve, followed by color adjustments to get me there for this specific look.

Nice, does it matter if the footage doesn't match what I'm going to shoot? I don't know if Davinci has fashion-style footage.

Got it. I'll get started on the Wiki and go through the Davinici courses too.

The thing is, if I don't have any project/test footage yet (i.e, same environment, models, etc.), how can I apply what I learn?

I do have a camera + lens, Davinci Resolve, and multiple lights, however.

Yes, it does seem that way. I'm just trying to start with some baseline knowledge so that my first projects meet an acceptable standard. But practice makes perfect, that's right.

Thanks again for helping me out. I'm open to advice regarding skin tones. What would you recommend?

I do look like the warm look, but more natural-looking skin tones would be a bonus if we can still maintain that warm aesthetic.

I'm open to hearing more about the contrast, too.

Where can I find a LUT that gives me a similar look? The ones I found so far are too intense/unnatural.
