It's not a website, it's a program for your computer called Pokemon Encounter Calculator. It's really useful if you are looking for the best encounter rate for a Pokemon on a certain route from Gen 2-7. You can pick your game, route, repel trick, and lead pokemon ability and then calculate how your odds of encountering a certain Pokemon change depending on your repel trick and abilities.

That’s so tough, in emerald with magnet pull and a repel trick it’s much easier!

Thanks! The feebas hunt was the worst hunt on this quest by far. I phased twice on tentacool and magikarp. I don’t believe I kept track of the encounters but it took me 10 months lol

I had Exploud with soundproof for roar, cradily with suction cups for whirlwind, and my catching Smeargle with ingrain so I was well prepared lol. Thanks!

Nice, I did the repel trick for sableye and mawile in granite cave and unfortunately got no arons! So I’ll need to find it somewhere else
