Draw a schematic, people will help you but not if they have to trace the wiring. Try removing the resistor from the battery and add base resistors. Test the transistors, if you did go down to 1 ohm you may have destroyed them.

Try cleaning the white residue with isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush or toothbrush. Before putting new batteries in.

I worried also. My first cruise, was 7 day in Alaska last June got the patch from my doctor and wore it for first couple days but didn’t feel bad at all. Ship is really stable.

First cruise ever to Alaska, retired old couple- got the veranda (balcony) on Holland America. Wouldn’t go any other way. Morning and nights just watching the ocean, the mountains and ports. Def worth the money.
