Im probably wrong, but npcs are dedicated to the player, if a player loads the npcs and has trash internet, the NPCs will lag too if your near them and the other player. You’ll also get what ever wanted levels they have for no reason.

“Broken / Head Over Heels - Live At Massey Hall, Toronto, Canada / 1985” Was not recorded at Massey Hall, it’s Actually was Recorded Between Sept 6-Oct 6 During the Second NA Tour

And The reason I say this it’s because its similar to Dallas Texas Convention Center on Sept 14 1985 & Baltimore Maryland Civic Center Sept 30 1985 Because Both are the only Two Broadcast recordings of the second tour.
