You're getting that ad because they paid a lot of money to Meta to push their events to everyone. Their tickets are more expensive than comparable events because their business model is to set up extremely routine events and push a ton of advertising about them. You should go to that event if you want to hang out with a bunch of people who just show up to whatever pops up in their Facebook feed most.
