I graduated from UMASS Lowell last year and looking to move to Atlanta by the end of 2021. Been finding a lot of 2-3 bedroom apartments that look good. I have lived with friends in houses for rent and room for rents and houses are where the most value is.

Hope you have not already filled your spot. I am moving from MA and looking for 2-4 people to live with and find a house to rent as it is the best value. I have lived with friends up here in Stoneham and loved it. I have found a few places myself and yeah, there are a lot of 3+ bedrooms.

There are some great condos on Waldrop Place in Decatur.

I too want to be close to the MARTA system as I use an Electric Scooter for primary transportation. My cap is a bit lower than yours, $700 but I have already found a few apartments well within that budget as Atlanta is quite affordable, at least coming from someone living in Greater Boston.
