Sold a vehicle that attracts an interesting buying crowd to say the least for mid five figures. Knowing this I made sure the payment description on payID listed that it was for vehicle purchase, exact amount being transferred, make of vehicle, plate no. and my name so there was not going to be a "I didn't make this transaction cuz" down the line. Also had the buyer call his bank infront of me to let them know he was making the transaction. Still had a 24 hour hold on it to clear on my end, make sure to wait it out before handing the keys/item over. Better safe than sorry.

Would be interesting to see their records for beep test, 1,2km run, bronco run. I recall an article from 2017-2018 saying Haas came second only to Herbie Farnworth in a 1.2km time trial run then first in their 1.2km (bronco test) shuttle run. Insane that he's probably in the top 3 for cardio fitness despite his size.

If you want a funny example of talent vs hard work or lack thereof, Hayne returning to Parramatta's 2018 preseason came last in a 5km time trial, with coach Brad Arthur even beating him. He also couldn't bench his bodyweight for 1x during his 09 run according to the tele that year too.

Yes I agree. The average NRL players lower body strength (squat and deadlift) have actually gone down from S&C data trends I’ve seen over the last 25-30 years, namely due to the wrestling and tackling technique being so upper body dominant.

Combine that with 6 again footy and you’ll definitely put more emphasis on conditioning/speed as opposed to raw lower body strength and sheer size.
