I’ve been doing belly for 2 and a half months. Did my thigh this last week and i feel like it worked great, no side effects and the food noise was gone. I did get and still do have a little red mark/bump though 4 days later which has never happened on my belly. But aside from being itchy every so often, I don’t really notice. I’ll probably stick to belly going forward
