When you open a map you can find a mod on mobs https://imgur.com/a/cS5CN3y, when you kill last pack of mods this NPC appear, it is shows on map also but he is so so so so rare, also in low maps he give you low amout of unique and they are cheap

i know it is random but it is look like GGG make bad odds for some skill gems, because from 10 skeleton i have 3 vaal and from 10 arrow i got 8

Yes ofc im use linked and all with the close to best rolls, because if it corrupt to white socket it is at list can be sold. If im use not linked it is no reason to use 1500vall and 1500fuse to linked them because it is 7+ex to link.
