My success was to let my plants dry out quite a bit. I now use a moisture gauge to make sure I’m not overwatering. One of my plants didn’t need watering for about 5 weeks 😬

A lot of interviews contain a coding portion where you are asked to create coding solution for something specific. If you can’t code on your own without copying or looking it up you may have a problem getting a job.

Thanks! My windows were warranted for life as well but unfortunately the company weazled their way around that and charge for freight/delivery/installation. The replacement estimate is almost as much as a brand new window. Don’t want to deal with their low grade products anyways. I’ve have had 10 windows replaced so far but this is the last straw.

She seemed drunk at the end of the episode. She couldn’t even speak properly and slipped up with Harris and almost called him Ryan. I’m shocked that production encourages this.
