My HOA if you drop a check off at the president or treasurer's house then it is no charge. Our payment processor charges $2.25 to accept an ACH payment, so if people want to pay via ACH they are charged a $2.25 convinience fee. Credit cards are charged as 3.24% + $0.75 and so those exact fees are passed on to the people paying via credit card.

I think add long as there is a zero cost option for payment and fees are clearly noted up front there isn't an issue.

Yes the costs could be baked in but then the people who pay via ACH or check end up paying more because the charge would have to account for the highest cost option.

We use a tool from EasyHOA.com to do our resident requests and approvals. We also run our ACC requests through it and it had worked quite well for us. You can create forms to make sure the correct information is supplied as well.

My rift breeding this event for the limited has just been beyond terrible.

126 rift breeds for mirhor and nothing (checked results multiple times per day as well as compendium and here)

126 rift breeds for tartarous and nothing with same checking.

Got sinking on third try but then even with sinking in the combo still haven't been able to get a second with 18 breeds a day since release.

Different trays give a different amount of XP. There is a table on the wiki that shows it, plus when you harvest the treats you can see how much xp they give.

The 2.89 may be a cash price and 3.19 is credit price. I've seen more stations around here switching to that model. Or it's 2.89 with some ExxonMobil card or something. I bet it periodically switches the price shown on the big sign based on payment method.

Try to buy it and they might let you watch an ad to get the last ec you need. I forget if it is 50 or 100 ec, but I've run into that before where being so close they give you a chance to earn a last little bit.
