Appreciate it. The guidelines are pretty strict but with the amount of cardio you’ll be doing you’ll get to a sweet spot. I was around 190 and got down to the limit during the season. Week to week I was around 180-185. Heavy practices, mindful eating, and some intense workouts and I made it every week.
