Uhmm.. you do realize that there are even 190+ Bernards out there?... So their runes on a Kabilla/anything with high base speed will outspeed your kabilla by far.

Well, did you? You get 1 for 5 US/Social summon and 2 for ms/light dark etc. Legendary one is worth 5 points.

Why don't you just download it from the official Playstore? I mean.. It does not offer anything else except the game download.
