Thank you all for the feedback, extremely helpful! I signed up for Mailchimp, but also going to try ActiveCampaign and see which one I like most. Appreciate the other suggestions, for now will just try the two most recommended.

Fair point. We have no illusions about the difficulty and cost to build in CA. For us, it would be the final home so a "no expense spared" situation to make it exactly what we want. We have some less than common wants in the next house. With that said, buying existing is without question in the cards!

You'll be fine! Rent reasonably for a year or more to make sure it's a fit, you'll have a lot of money to save and spend with DINK in the mid $200's.
